Support for African Food Changemakers programs: 1) Building Resilience Against Climate & Environmental Shocks (BRACE) which aims to support African small and medium enterprises engaged in the food and agricultural landscape (agriSMEs) to build, strengthen, and incorporate climate adoption best practices and resilience into their business models, and 2) The 25 Leading Women in Food and Agriculture Fellowship Program which aims to amplify, celebrate, champion and advance the work of 25 African women SMEs in the agribusiness landscape through recognition and access to critical resources.
