Biography
Sudhir is a Research Fellow with the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the Said Business School, University of Oxford. He holds a PhD in Engineering from the University of Cambridge, where he specialised in sustainable manufacturing. Sudhir applies a supply chain perspective to systems change, exploring the supply chain configurations and value chain activities that tackle environmental and societal concerns.
Sudhir’s current focus is on the role of social enterprises for systems change. This research is in collaboration with the Skoll Foundation. His other research interests are in responsible business and supply chain management in the context of ongoing political and technological shifts.
Sudhir was a Manmohan Singh Scholar of St John’s College, University of Cambridge, for his doctoral studies. He was a Council Fellow with the World Economic Forum (2019-20). He holds a master’s degree from the Indian Institute of Science. He is part of the Consultative Group to Principal Scientific Adviser, Government of India.
