Sergio Pancorbo works providing services of design and technology consulting to solve development challenges. His experience has been mainly in financial inclusion, forced migration, emergency relief, health, and education.
He worked for the Peruvian Government from 2017 to 2020, first, leading the Digitization Office for SMEs, and then, leading the Digital Services Office at the Prime Minister’s Office. Before working for the government, Sergio held many leadership positions working for the private sector. He started in the energy sector and then moved to banking. His last two years there he was in charge of launching the innovation and digital transformation office, where he also dealt with critical topics such as talent, change management and agile execution.
He did Mechanical Engineering at Católica University in Peru as an undergrad. He also holds a Master in Management from IESE-ISE School and a Master in Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
