Rudoplh Ampofo

Biography

He's known for building successful businesses. With a strong background in HR Management and Law, he's experienced in Special Needs Education (Autism). Rudolph has spent 6 years within the education sector beginning his teaching career as a pupil teacher in a rural school in Ghana. He worked with Zormelo and Associates, a Human Resource Management and Development company that primary deals with organizations within the oil and gas industry.

While there, he set up Wings for Life Ghana After school programs to support students academically and develop learning and leadership skills. Rudolph then moved into Law School and acquired a degree in law. Rudolph founded Craft Education to develop school management systems and teacher training software for Schools in Ghana.

After consulting for Eneza Education for a year and a half, Rudolph joined Eneza on a full time basis, in July 2017, working to grow the company in Ghana and supporting with strategic decisions for the benefit of Ghana and the organization at large.
