An experienced senior finance and management professional with over 20 years’ experience in commercial and non-profit sectors spanning a broad spectrum of Finance, General Management, Audit and Risk Management, Business Process Improvement, Budgeting, Workforce Management and Grant Management. Have spent 15 of these years in executive management and workforce development that have allowed me to be involved in change management, turnaround of systems and processes in both commercial and Not-for-profit organizations, championing system reengineering and business improvement strategies and strategic planning initiatives. A graduate of Finance & Non-profit management from the University of Nairobi Business School in Nairobi and Harvard University’s Kennedy School in Boston. Have served in different roles, starting tenure as Finance & Admin Officer and quickly rising to Country Head of Finance, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director and now President & COO for KickStart in Africa.
