Biography

Luana Génot is a CEO, writer and TV host from Brazil.

Born in Rio de Janeiro, Alice's and Hugo’s mother, Luana is curious, persistent, passionate about purpose, marketing, communication. She loves traveling and getting to know different cultures. She’s the Founder and Executive Director of ID_BR (Instituto Identidades do Brasil -www.simaigualdaderacial.com.br), an NGO that is a top reference for inclusion and ESG in the labor market. With more than 50 employees across Brazil, ID_BR offers training and ESG educational journeys and consulting for companies to strength their inclusive culture to incorporate more black, indigenous and underrepresented groups in high-rank jobs. And also promotes education programs for leaders and campaigns for racial and gender equality to engage society.
