Liz joined Living Goods (LG) in 2014 becoming CEO & Board member in 2018. She sets the vision for how LG partners with African governments to strengthen & deliver high impact, life-saving community health services. Living in Kenya for more than 11 years, she leads 500 colleagues across 3 African countries & the US. During her tenure Liz has overseen a 50% increase in revenue, doubling the number of CHWs supported, new country expansion efforts, the expansion of health services including family planning & immunisation tracking, & through a second RCT demonstrated a 30% reduction in child mortality. She led the development of the 5-year strategic plan (2022-2026) that ensures LG continues to save lives at scale through country-led digitally enabled community health systems. She was born in Zambia, lived in Papua New Guinea & is passionate about making a lasting difference at scale & considers technology the game changer to enabling effective healthcare to reach more people across Africa.
