Biography

Caitlin is a creative strategist working at the intersection of business and social impact. At Johnson & Johnson she is responsible for integrating regional and global social business strategies and practices across the organization to maximize impact and value.

Most recently before joining J&J she helped leaders and teams at eBay leverage technology and commerce as a force for good - by creating economic opportunity, driving a more circular economy, and helping people support the causes they care about.

Caitlin is a 2014 Aspen Institute First Mover Fellow and has volunteered and held board roles with a variety of non-profit organizations. She is an Oregonian now living in London after having spent ten years in the SF Bay Area.
