Kate leads the Development and Outreach Team at Girls’ Not Brides, working with donors to ensure the long-term sustainability of the movement’s work to end child marriage. Prior to this role, Kate worked at The Girls’ Network as Grants and Trusts Manager, overseeing the management of all grants and reporting responsibilities. She has also worked in several programme capacity roles: delivering a mentoring programme for girls from low-income communities in the UK as well as several years working on gender inequality and issues relating to adolescent girls in an international context with Girls Not Brides and The Girl Effect.
Kate holds a BSc in Politics from Bristol and an MSc in International Development from Birkbeck University, London.
