Tiffiny has background experience in the legal world, in working with legal documents, as well as the corporate world, in terms of the development of human capacity. She has helped managers with their development through the 360-degree feedback process and has a thorough knowledge of assessments in the work environment. She has a passion for human capacity development and believes that each individual has the ability to transcend their circumstances and fulfill their potential. Tiffiny is due to complete her BA degree in Health Science and Social Services with a specialization in Organisational and General Psychology at the end of 2014 through UNISA.
