Dinesh Reddy Malipeddi

Biography

Dinesh Reddy is an Agriculture graduate by training and has more than three decades of work experience with Foundation for Ecological Security (FES), a not-for-profit development organisation. He directly worked with rural communities on natural resource management and governance aspects in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh for first ten years. For the last two decades, he was involved in project management issues at organizational level and has developed good insights into project planning, management systems for implementation and reporting. His understanding of procedures at both village level as well as at the project and organization levels has helped in development of manuals and guidelines on project management as well as on social institutions. He is working on issues of Commons and community rights, restoration of degraded ecosystems and community level federations; governance at a landscape level, and issues of convergence in development planning.
