Breakfast Salon: Scaling Globally with the ECHO Model

Thursday, April 12, 2018

Session Description

Project ECHO founder and Director, Dr. Sanjeev Arora, and Project ECHO Associate Director Dr. Bruce Struminger, will host this light breakfast and conversation about using the Project ECHO model to globally scale successful innovations.

The ECHO model was designed to democratize specialist knowledge by linking subject-matter experts at academic and other centralized institutions with regional, local, and community-based workforces, for mutual learning, collaborative sharing of best practices, and ongoing mentorship. Currently, ECHO partners in over 28 countries at more than 180 academic institutions leverage the ECHO model to address disparities in healthcare and education for underserved populations.

Join the Project ECHO team to share coffee, pastries, experiences, and ideas about collaborative partnerships that can help to improve the lives of people all over the world. Also attending and supporting the ECHO team will be Ali Kelley, Principal at The Bridgespan Group.
