Analyst, Skoll Foundation
Sarah is an Investment Principal at the Mulago Foundation. Before joining Mulago, Sarah worked as an Analyst on the Portfolio & Investments team at the Skoll Foundation, where she worked to understand the models and impact of Skoll’s social entrepreneurs, identify new entrepreneurs for the annual Skoll Award, and surface opportunities for future portfolio investments. Previous roles included serving as a Manager of Corporate Responsibility at the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, where she advised a portfolio of corporate clients on their social responsibility programs, and as a Program Coordinator for the Seva Foundation, a public health nonprofit focused on global eye care. She also has experience in the field of social entrepreneurship through internships with Fair Trade USA and the Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation team at the Inter-American Development Bank.
Sarah holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Global Studies and Spanish from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. Outside of work, you’ll find her on the soccer field or searching for live music in San Francisco.
